Process

Our design process starts with a meeting between the Principal Architect, Kevin Gossen, and the client. We consider our designs to be heavily influenced by the client, making the experience more collaborative and thought-provoking. The preliminary design, which consists of hand-drawn floorplans and elevations, lays purpose and architectural form. The initial sketches evolve into construction documents with great detail. The final construction document drawings consist of plans, sections, elevations, and 3D perspective renderings. We check our jobs at least weekly during the construction phase to ensure our drawings match the final product.
